Jonas, your caretaker

Five years ago, we bought our second home in the Perche and the region quickly won us over, so much so that we settled here with our three children. Our aim was to live closer to nature and to devote ourselves to what we had long dreamed of doing.

Over the last few years, we have carried out several renovation, fitting-out and building projects, some of them complex. This experience taught us a great deal about the realities on the ground and what owners expect.

With over 20 years of experience in transport, logistics and property, I founded Le Concierge du Perche. This project brings together my skills, my sense of organisation and my wish to offer our clients a reliable, personalised service.
