Your home through the seasons
Here all year round
Each season brings its own needs and its own attentions. Our role is to look after your property throughout the year, with discretion, foresight and responsiveness.
As the fine weather returns, your home comes back to life. We prepare the property for the new season: airing the rooms, checking the equipment, tidying the outdoor areas, tending the garden and a general check after the winter. Every detail is anticipated so that you find your home fresh, welcoming and ready to make the most of the sunny days.
Every time you come, your home should be ready to welcome you. We prepare it with care, coordinate any work needed, look after the outdoor areas and take care of all the little touches that make your arrival easier. All you have to do is unpack and enjoy the Perche.
In autumn, we gradually prepare your property for the colder months. Garden maintenance, storing the outdoor furniture, checking the installations and drainage, and anticipating winter needs: your home is ready to get through the season in the best possible condition.
When winter sets in, our presence really comes into its own. Regular visits, heating checks, inspections after bad weather and attention to the slightest sign of trouble allow us to react quickly if needed. Your home gets through the winter under watchful eyes and stays ready to welcome you, right down to a fire in the hearth.
